Shedding For The Wedding Season 1 Episode 3 :: Flower Power

Summary: This week the couples get to choose their wedding flowers, but in order to win them they must power through a grueling wedding challenge on the beach. In addition to the flowers, winning the challenge also earns one lucky couple a one-pound penalty to be given away to another couple at the weekly weigh-in. Also, after failing to lose any weight the previous week, two contestants receive special attention from nutritionist Ashley Koff, R.D. Finally, two couples face off in the final eliminate challenge and one couple will be sent home.

Shedding For The Wedding: Pilot Season 01 Episode 01, Summary: This week the couples size each other up and get cut down to size by fitness trainers Jennifer and Nicky in grueling workouts. Size becomes an issue as the couples try on wedding gowns and tuxedos with wedding planner Brian Worley. The first wedding challenge is a dance-a-thon where the couple's will compete to win their fantasy wedding gown and tux. And one couple triumphs while another is sent packing.
